• COO: Anton oversees financial planning, budgets, and overall project control. He adjusts priorities and defines strategic directions to ensure stability and efficiency in our operations.
   

• PO: Oksana plays a crucial role in product management, overseeing planning, development, execution control, and task prioritization. She also establishes and maintains contacts with delivery service providers, ensuring smooth external processes.
   

• Head of IT: Oleksander manages all aspects of information technology within our company. He is responsible for implementing technological innovations and ensuring the reliability of our IT systems, ensuring our technical resources are efficiently utilized to achieve business objectives.
   

• Logistics Administrator: As the logistics administrator, Mariana coordinates all logistical operations, including communication with service providers and controlling documentation like invoices, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods.
   

• Warehouse Administrator: Victor is responsible for warehouse management, automation, and coordination. He leads the warehouse team, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
   

• HR: Anastasiia is responsible for staffing, team morale, and ensuring that "every person is in the right place." She plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and managing personnel matters effectively.
